Booking Conditions

All experiences are private and require advance booking via form, email or direct message. Reservations are only considered valid once confirmed by our team and after full or partial advance payment.

Participation & Safety

All participants agree to follow the guide’s instructions throughout the experience.
Pregnant individuals are discouraged from joining the tour due to natural vibration and jolts from the Land Rover on dirt trails.
Children are allowed to participate as long as they meet legal safety regulations for traveling in a 4x4 with seatbelts and are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Comporta Experience is not liable for any incidents caused by:

  • Irresponsible or risky behavior

  • Participants deviating from the guided route

  • Ignoring safety instructions

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance: 100% refund

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour: No refund, unless valid proof of force majeure (ex: medical emergency)

  • In case of severe weather or operational limitations, clients will be offered either:

    • An alternative date

    • Or a full refund
